A panel of judges will select one (1) grand prize winner based on the contest criteria including: Halloween Theme, photo quality, content, and may consider number of votes. Voting is for entertainment purposes only. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Year's Supply of Diapers courtesy of 98.5KRZ!
